About Us

The Firm is set up as a partnership and was constituted in May 2011, consisting of 2 actively practicing lawyers. We have among our clientele, local and foreign institutions of varied disciplines.The areas of practice cover most aspects of banking, building and construction, commerce, contracts, conveyancing, corporate, factoring, hirepurchase, insolvency, motor insurance, general insurance, land, liquidation, probate, property, torts, assisting in the registration of trademarks and wills. Our litigation exposure on Insurance matters covers a wide area including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, fire loss, and all contractors risk policy at all levels of the Courts’ hierarchy. We are especially proud of our reputation in defending matters involving fraud claims. Our conveyancing exposure involves the preparation of loan documentations and facilities agreements on behalf of several financial institutions including Islamic Banking, local and off shore based and the preparation of documents for sale and purchase of property, both movables and immovable, including stocks and shares. We have also previously drafted facility and security documents for Islamic Banking and other complicated facilities including but not limited to factoring agreements.Our advisory exposure would of course encompass all the aspects of corporate, commercial, insurance and civil laws.
